Joe Stetson is AWESOME!!!
I love every song on the cd. I can't think of another album that I can say that about. Joe, you have an amazing voice, and you are a natural perfomer on stage. I can't wait to see you and hear you perform live again. I recommend this cd to anyone, and that if you ever have the chance to see Joe live, do it! You will not be disappointed.”
About Joe Stetson
We guarantee you will like one or more songs from this CD. There is feel good, upbeat, foot stoppin, two steppin, Texas swing, barber shop quartet, Honky tonk, Blues, swamp driven and an oldies remake sure to please everyone who loves good music. Joe Diffie wrote three of the songs on this CD project and he is singing backup. Tracy Byrd wrote two of the songs on the CD, Favorite night spot, and Wanted woman. The steel guitar player on this CD, plays for Direks Bently now. Johnny Neel co-produced with Joe Stetson to create a one of a kind sound you will want in your Music Library. This Cd was recorded in Nashville, TN on the same recording equipment that George Jones, Patsy Cline, Conway Twitty, Loretta Lynn, and too many stars to mention recorded their album projects over the years at Owen Bradley’s “The Barn” in Mt Juliette, Tn. The first single is being released to over 700 radio stations this month. Poor Side of Town is the first single and has been getting several spins on song cast internet radio. We are very pleased with the attention this record is getting. Johnny Rivers had a number one hit with this song in 1963, and it stayed on the charts for 6 weeks at number one. We produced a different arrangement of the song as an oldies remake. We took the Dupe Dobey wahs out of the song and replaced them with steel guitar for a real country sound. We will follow up this single with another song from the Debut CD No Regrets, which is also getting lots of internet airplay, called “Ding Dang Thing”.
The title cut was written by Joe Diffie and Johnny Neel and they both are singing backup on the track. Which is called No Regrets. Hat wearin country girl is a good bass beat, grovin swamp love song. Joe Stetson and Johnny Neel wrote two of the songs on the CD, called ” Livin and lovin”, and “That don’t make it so”. The last track was on Keith Whitley’s, Don’t Close your eyes CD, Johnny Neel wrote the song and it is called “Honky Tonk Heart”.
The Dallas Bull has been playing a few songs from the Joe Stetson No Regrets CD. And the crowd response has been very pleasing, the dance floor is packed. Old town in Kissimmee, Florida has expressed interest in bookings in Oct, and Nov. Also Boots and Buckles in Lakeland, Florida is a near future booking where fans can see the Joe Stetson Band.
